Terms and Conditions
Unless specifically and separately agreed in the present agreement or any other similar agreement, this Master Client Agreement serves the Client (hereafter “you”) and NO BOOKS UNIVERSITY (hereafter “NBU”), operated by sole proprietor Arpit Sharma, and further governs the usage of NBU’s services by you. The present agreement also administers the practice of NBU’s websites and related online platforms (hereafter “the website”) and other affiliated services by you.
We advise and urge earnestly that you please carefully go through the terms of the present agreement. Your express move of subscribing constitutes an acknowledgement that you have read and completely understood the facets, aspects, implications and effects of the present agreement and you expressly consent to be obliged by the terms of the present agreement without any sort of restrictions and qualifications and further you accept to comply with the local laws and rules and regulations that prevail at the time of signing of this contract.
Features of the Website
This website may include a variety of features, such as bulletin boards, web logs, chat rooms, and email services, which allow feedback to us and real-time interaction between users, and other features which allow users to communicate with others. Responsibility for what is posted on bulletin boards, web logs, chat rooms, and other public posting areas on the website, or sent via any email services on the website, lies with each user – you alone are responsible for the material you post or send. We do not control the messages, information or files that you or others may provide through the website.
Prohibited Activities
It is a condition of your use of the website that you do not:

Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the website
Use the website to impersonate any person or entity
Interfere with or disrupt any servers or networks
Use the website to instigate illegal activities
Gain unauthorized access to the website
Post any unlawful, threatening, or abusive content
Violate intellectual property rights
Post malicious software or harmful content
Use the website for unauthorized commercial purposes
Gather user information for marketing without permission

Payment, Charges and Refund
Every client who subscribes to the courses available on the website has to prepay the amount highlighted at the payment screen emanating from NBU or its affiliate’s server. On successful payment, the client will be granted access to NBU’s services.
Term, Duration and Termination
Term
This agreement becomes effective when the client subscribes to NBU’s services and agrees to comply with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Duration
The duration of courses offered by NBU is for one year from the date of payment. NBU provides access to course materials and expert sessions for the subscribed period.
Termination
This Agreement may be terminated:

For material breach by either party
For convenience by NBU with prior notice
For unprofessional conduct by the client
Effects of termination include cessation of access to materials and services

Confidential Information
During the term of this Agreement, NBU will be disclosing valuable, confidential and proprietary information to the Client. This includes but is not limited to course materials, worksheets, presentations, templates, and other educational content.
Non-Disclosure
Clients agree not to:

Share access credentials
Reproduce or distribute course materials
Use materials for purposes outside of personal education
Disclose confidential information to third parties

Title and Proprietary Rights
All services, materials, and content remain the property of NBU. Clients may not sell, transfer, publish, disclose, rent, lease, loan, or license any part of the course material.
Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify NBU against any losses arising from:

Piracy of course materials
Breach of confidentiality
Violation of terms

Limitation of Liability
NBU’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages.
No Guarantee
NBU does not warrant or guarantee specific results. Example results shown are for demonstration purposes only.
Dispute Resolution
Arbitration
Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian law. The arbitration will be conducted in the jurisdiction where NBU operates.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Indian law.
Transfer Rights
Course access rights are non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer or share access will result in immediate termination without refund.
Changes to Terms
NBU reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
By proceeding with payment and accessing NBU’s services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
