ABOUT ARPIT
Arpit Sharma is the Founder of No Books University, an operational systems agency he built from scratch starting at age 20, with no MBA, no corporate resume, and no rulebook to follow.
Over his career, Arpit has personally helped service businesses build scalable infrastructure through hands-on system building, funnel strategy, and operational improvements based on real execution, not theory. No Books University grew out of that same work: after years of helping businesses optimize their operations, Arpit built a dedicated firm to install those exact growth systems directly into service-based businesses, allowing founders to step back from day-to-day chaos and scale predictably.
His drive comes from watching his father work relentlessly for everything he built, a lesson that big outcomes come from consistent, unglamorous effort, not shortcuts. That's the standard he holds every client to: get into the details of your business, find what's actually broken, and fix it with a system that works.
